We know what it feels like to search for answers and not find them.

Which is exactly why we do this work.

This work is personal.

Before we were practitioners, we were women trying to understand our own bodies all while being exhausted, burned out, and told everything was “normal” when we knew we were struggling.

We know what it’s like to push through symptoms with no real answers.
To feel like something is off, but not know why.

Through our own journeys and years of working one-on-one with clients, we saw the same truth again and again:

Symptoms aren’t random.
They’re signals.

The body isn’t broken.
It’s responding to deeper imbalances that haven’t been addressed.

That’s why we do this work.

We use comprehensive testing, personalized nutrition, and strategic support to find what’s actually causing the symptoms and get it fixed quickly!

Not by managing them. By resolving them.

This is the approach we wish existed when we needed it.

And it’s the approach we now bring to every person and family we work with.

This is our story and why this work matters so deeply to us.

We’re so glad you are here!

I’m Kelly,

For most of my adult life, I was someone who could handle a LOT.

I built a decades long career in corporate retail before switching directions and becoming a top-producing real estate agent while raising kids, managing a home, and keeping everything moving forward.

From the outside, it looked like I had energy for all of it but behind the scenes, my body was becoming harder to live in.

After my pregnancies and some unexpected life transitions, things shifted. My digestion was wrecked. My hormones were unpredictable. My energy wasn’t steady anymore. Some days I felt clear and capable and other days, I felt completely depleted without a reason I could point to.

I went to doctors looking for answers but instead, I was given possibilities.

Maybe acid reflux.
Maybe stress.
Maybe a potential mass found on my pancreas. (Thank god they were wrong about that!)

Yet not one of the 5 doctors could explain why it was happening or how to actually fix it.

I remember sitting in my car after one appointment, feeling completely defeated, desperate for answers and realizing no one was going to figure it out for me.

That’s when I took matters into my own hands and immersed myself into nutrition and integrative health, determined to understand what was actually happening in my body. I began to see how deeply connected everything is and why the answers were never in managing symptoms, but in understanding what was driving them.

How digestion affects hormones.
How stress affects everything.
How the body compensates quietly before things fall apart loudly.

As I addressed the underlying issues, my symptoms didn’t just improve, they resolved. Quickly! I felt relief for the first time in 2 years. My body was responding and finally felt predictable again.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

I went on to formally train in Integrative Nutrition and Health Coaching so I could help others avoid years of confusion and guesswork.

Today, I work one-on-one with people to help them understand what’s actually happening in their bodies and build a clear, personalized plan to fix it because no one should have to live in a body that doesn’t make sense.

I’m Aaron,

My path into this work started long before I became a practitioner.

Since middle school, I lived with endometriosis, chronic pain, and hormone issues that affected how I felt on a daily basis. Later came miscarriage and with it, more questions about why my body was struggling the way it was.

I learned early what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t follow predictable rules.

But the moment that changed everything was when my son was diagnosed with epilepsy.

We did the testing, then medications were prescribed.

But there was little conversation beyond that. We were told diet and lifestyle wouldn’t make a difference. That other factors weren’t relevant.

And that didn’t sit right with me.

As his mom, I needed more than symptom management.
I needed to know why.

I needed to understand what was happening inside his body.

That search led me into the deeper world of nutrition, neurology, and functional health. I began learning how brain inflammation, chronic infections, digestion and nervous system signaling influence how the brain and body function.

It wasn’t until we pursued functional testing and looked deeper that we uncovered another missing piece, Lyme disease.

What once felt random began to make sense. His seizures weren’t happening in isolation. There was an underlying driver that had been overlooked.

Walking through all of this has been my biggest teacher.

It’s shown me that diagnoses don’t have to define us.
Genetics don’t get the final say.
And the body is far more capable of healing than most of us have been led to believe.

Today, I work one to one with women, and their families to identify what’s actually driving symptoms. We take a whole-body approach, backtrack through your history to uncover the root cause, and build a clear plan to restore balance.

When you correct the root cause, the body can do what it was designed to do, heal.

If you’re ready to understand what’s really driving your symptoms, this is where it starts.
