Our Rooted Wellness Program

Our 6-month journey designed for women ready to get to the bottom of their symptoms and feel like themselves again.

You’ll be supported by two practitioners—a functional nutritionist and a certified health coach—so you receive both deep clinical insight and consistent lifestyle guidance.

Together, we will guide you through every phase: from testing and education to action and transformation.
